We are expanding our Operational Intelligence team!
This role will put you front and center as you collaborate with some of the world's leading Manufacturing organizations from diverse industries, designing and implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) that optimize operations, efficiency, and quality
Join our team and become a critical link with our customers, providing them with the best approach for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) proposals and costing. You'll play a vital role in supporting System Integration and deploying Cutting-Edge Technologies that optimize Factory Floor Performance.
You will:
- Work with customers to understand their manufacturing operations, goals and gather requirements
- Analyze manufacturing processes, costs, and production to estimate project costs
- Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to architect, describe and price MES systems
- Create project cost breakdowns and proposals for both customers and internal stakeholders
- Hand off the project to a dedicated project team, provide direction and financial oversight as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest MES/FIS technologies and trends in manufacturing operations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Relocation assistance and a hybrid work schedule are available
We are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in MES/FIS including methodologies, standards, and best practices
- Experience in manufacturing and related technologies such as Software, PLC, SCADA, and ERP
- High-tech aptitude and ability to describe complex systems at a concept level
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production, and operations
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with all levels
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and MS Project
- Ability to travel to customer sites
