You Shouldn’t Have to Use USBs for Remote Broadcasts

You can configure casting locations to show specific screens for each operation, each plant, each country, or the entire enterprise, as you choose.

Show Local and Enterprise-Wide Content
Have a weather emergency in the southeast U.S.? Post a weather URL for those locations. Posting month end results for the company? Post those reports, with proxy support for corporate login, to every location in the enterprise. Media Casting Manager allows you to configure broadcasts that are targeted to specific parts of your organization.
How Our Customers Use Media Casting Manager
Before Media Casting Manager, someone from each location was in charge of downloading corporate content to USB drives and then placing them in the back of every TV in the cafeteria, break room, hallway, and factory. Without physically being in each location, there was no way for anyone from Headquarters to be sure the correct content was being played. There was no capability for dynamic media, so their content was only as current as the last USB drive.
Today, RedViking customers cast corporate SAP pages and reports, short training videos, meeting reminders, safety information, medical insurance changes, and items of local interest, and it’s all deployed directly from Headquarters. Remote area managers are sometimes given access to their configurations to ensure that translations are correct for the local language, but all content can be viewed and validated from Headquarters.
Centralized media control and rapid update deployment gives our customers the ability to dramatically improve internal communication.
