We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to help us maintain a clean warehouse and shop.
This role: You will work closely with our Mechanical Build Manager and other departments to ensure that all areas of our 100K sq. ft. shop and warehouse are clean. The success of RedViking depends on the dedication and hard work of our team, and we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment where everyone's contributions are valued.
$14.00 – 16.00 hour plus benefits. This is a day shift, 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., M-F with occasional OT. Excellent benefits include PTO, holiday pay, low-cost health benefits, regular pay increases, and bonus based on performance.
- Perform a variety of general labor tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors
- Clean restrooms and break rooms, empty trash cans and recycling bins
- Monitor and order cleaning supplies
- Report maintenance issues
- Minor facility repairs
- Will cross-train to support mechanical and electrical as needed
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to our facility
- Knowledge and experience using a variety of general hand and power tools
- Detail-oriented, quality conscience and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time in order to complete work assigned
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, lifting and related physical demands
- Willingness to learn new skills, and be open to adapting to new processes
- Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities and ITAR requirements, sponsorship is not available for this position
