Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in diverse accounting functions such as bank reconciliation, use tax filing, balance sheet reconciliation, and journal entries.  We are looking for an individual who possesses a strong passion for leveraging new technology to enhance efficiency and precision.


Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage prepaid expenses, asset/depreciation schedules, and labor analysis
  • Perform account reconciliations, prepare month-end journal entries, and conduct income statement allocations
  • Collaborate with our team to explore new systems for optimizing our ERP processes
  • Support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives in Accounting
  • Assist with AP/AR and project cost accounting and analysis as required


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
