You will be our brand and lasting impression – whether it is an incoming call or a visit to our beautiful lobby.
You will be the first person our customer sees or the first voice they hear.
What you will do: Provide 5-star reception support by answering and routing incoming calls, greeting customers, vendors, and associates. Make sure visitors have been badged and processed on our compliance software. General office responsibilities include scheduling meetings and conference rooms, preparing and distributing internal and external correspondence, faxing, copying, record-keeping, general accounting data entry and related office support. Stock board room and conference rooms with water and coffee supplies. Schedule and set up Lunch and Learn meetings. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
We are looking for:
- Several years of experience as a receptionist, front office rep or similar, answering a multi-line phone system
- Knowledge of customer service principles and professional phone manner
- General office support experience and MS Office proficiency, ERP experience a plus
- Associate Degree a plus, strong business writing skills
- Professional communication and appearance
- Excellent attention to detail, organization and prioritizing skills
- Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, International Traffic in Arms Regulations require that applicants are legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer and do not require sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future
