Our Culture
Our leadership works hard to communicate our purpose, strategy, values, and goals. They have created a framework of open communication with regular town hall meetings and open book communications. We are not a top-down organization and do not write policies for everything so that our managers have leeway to balance the needs of their team members.
We do all we can to provide an environment of infinite growth to give employees a path and opportunity to learn all elements of what we do. Most, if not all, of our managers started at a staff level. RedViking gives back by not only making sure manufacturing jobs stay in America but also taking care of our community with paid time off to volunteer. We have very little turnover and take pride in being a great place to work.
