Our continued growth and success has led to significant new customers and market demand. We are thrilled to be expanding ALL our teams and adding new positions to support our growing business needs, emerging markets, and exciting new projects. 

RedViking is made up of smart, bold individuals dedicated to solving tough engineering problems. Everything we do is custom and project-based. We pair some of the finest engineers with the latest technology and global leaders in aerospace, defense, automotive, heavy equipment, and more. We help our customers be more productive and sustainable. Our engineering teams collaborate with stakeholders at all levels from inception to completion and see how their individual contributions impacted all elements of the project. The challenges of the pandemic have also created immense possibilities. When possible, we provide the best of both worlds with flexible schedules and hybrid remote work. Current openings reflect additional headcount to accommodate robust growth with additional projects, customers, and markets.

Our Culture

Our leadership works hard to communicate our purpose, strategy, values, and goals. They have created a framework of open communication with regular town hall meetings and open book communications. We are not a top-down organization and do not write policies for everything so that our managers have leeway to balance the needs of their team members.

We do all we can to provide an environment of infinite growth to give employees a path and opportunity to learn all elements of what we do. Most, if not all, of our managers started at a staff level. RedViking gives back by not only making sure manufacturing jobs stay in America but also taking care of our community with paid time off to volunteer.
