Lead engineering team through project lifecycle
Innovate controls systems for custom automation, testing, and intelligence projects
Create PLC programs, debug/enhance existing systems
Collaborate with stakeholders, contribute to meetings
Define project requirements, timelines
Ensure project excellence with your expertise
Travel-heavy projects offer extra compensation and perks

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
Associate to mid-senior experience level
Proficiency in Rockwell and/or Siemens PLC programming, with troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with industrial control/automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, Servo Motors, Communication Networks)
Strong grasp of electrical schematics and drawings
Knowledge of hardware design, including panel layout and industrial controls
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 25%)
