This Opportunity: We have multiple Controls roles at all levels for engineers with a passion for developing innovative controls systems and a desire to work on custom projects across multiple industries.
- You will be a key member of our engineering team in one of 3 business units and involved in every element of the project “cradle to grave”.
- You will provide technical support for the design, development, testing, and implementation of custom automated manufacturing, test systems, and operational intelligence projects.
- At times, you will construct PLC programs from scratch, and other times debug/enhance from an existing platform.
- Work with stakeholders at all levels, your input will impact all elements of the project as you participate in team and customer meetings to identify requirements, specifications, and timelines to meet or exceed expectations.
- Projects that require travel broaden skills and knowledge; provide global networking, and a break away from the usual routine to experience new challenges.
- Projects that require extensive travel, additional compensation and perks provided in addition to travel allowance, per diems, and expense reimbursements.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent in experience
- PLC programming experience (Rockwell and/or Siemens) from scratch and with an emphasis on troubleshooting
- Experience with industrial control/automation systems used for manufacturing (i.e., PLCs, HMIs, Servo Motors, and Communication Networks)
- Solid understanding of electrical schematics and drawings
- Hardware design skills such as panel layout and industrial controls
- Solid PC skills, MS Word and Excel
- Proven team player with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, upper management, and staff
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25%
