Your role will be crucial in driving our online visibility, engagement, and brand awareness through strategic and impactful content creation and management. Create, schedule, and optimize content for social media and also support marketing with initiatives such as email campaigns, web page content, and print/digital materials. This new role is ideal for a creative individual early in their career path eager to learn and grow their knowledge in marketing. This position combines on-site work in Plymouth with hybrid remote flexibility.
You will:
- Create and manage a content calendar that includes blog posts, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and additional types of content
- Leverage HubSpot and other marketing tools to manage and optimize content campaigns, measure performance, and analyze data to inform content strategy and improve results
- Work with other departments and stakeholders to create internal marketing materials and communications
- Work with the marketing team to create external marketing content including co-branding content, webinars, email campaigns, sales presentations, and additional types of content
- Support the marketing team with research and analysis for paid marketing campaigns
- Assist with research, content, and logistics for tradeshows
- Stay up-up-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our content marketing efforts
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in various social media platforms and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and content creation tools, ideally Canva
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing
- Talent for design and ability to source and edit images/content
- Highly accountable, with the ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and workflows
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO software preferred
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot preferred
- Website design and development experience a plus
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Willingness to work “above and beyond” in order to achieve company goals
- Ability to travel approximately 10%
