RedViking Honored as "Cool Place to Work"

Crain's Business Recognizes RedViking

RedViking is happy to announce that we’ve been honored as a Cool Place to Work in Michigan by Crain’s. Hundreds of companies were nominated and there were 31 winners in our size bracket. According to Crain’s Detroit, “(the) Cool Places to Work recognition program honors employers that go the extra mile to make employees feel appreciated — as judged by the employees themselves.” Here’s what Crain’s has to say about how they chose the winners. The program was open to entries from Michigan businesses, nonprofits and government entities with more than 15 employees working in the state. Employees completed an 80-question email survey on what makes their employer a cool place to work, and where their employer could improve.
